Marzena Michałowska 

Soprano, Assistant Professor at the Institute of Vocal Studies at the Ignacy Jan Paderewski Academy of Music in Poznań. She made her debut in 2005 at the Komische Oper Berlin, performing the role of Donna Anna in Don Giovanni by W.A. Mozart under the direction of Kirill Petrenko. A laureate of numerous national and international vocal competitions, she has participated in prestigious international festivals and cultural events, performing at renowned venues such as Carnegie Hall in New York and Victoria Hall in Geneva.

She has collaborated with esteemed conductors, including Christopher Hogwood, Stephan MacLeod, Jerzy Maksymiuk, Gabriel Chmura, and Łukasz Borowicz, as well as with prestigious ensembles and orchestras such as Gli Angeli Genève, Concerto Palatino, Concerto Köln, Irish Baroque Orchestra, {oh!} Orkiestra Historyczna, Arte dei Suonatori, Wrocław Baroque Orchestra, and the Polish Radio Orchestra.
Her discography includes 26 albums, some of which have been nominated for the Fryderyk Awards by the Polish Phonographic Academy, with several winning this prestigious honor.


In 2019, the album 17th Century Sacred Music in Wrocław, featuring her alongside Gli Angeli Genève, Concerto Palatino, and Wrocław Baroque Orchestra, received the International Classical Music Award (ICMA)—the highest global distinction in classical music.
