Menu selection to be arranged with the bistro manager for groups of more than 10 people.
As we are not a restaurant but a smaller bistro, we usually do not offer à la carte service for group reservations of more than 10 people.
We kindly ask you to choose one of the menu options below one week in advance:
Menu 1 – CHF 30 per person
- Gazpacho with burrata
- Bread
- Drinks: coffee or espresso, still and sparkling water

- Quiche with spinach, ricotta, tomatoes and Parmesan (served in a nestled salad)
- Bread
- Drinks: coffee or espresso, still and sparkling water

Menu 3 – CHF 45 per person
- Capuns nestled on a bed of pink couscous, Bündnerfleisch (dry-cured beef from the Grisons) and aromatic lemon sauce
- Bread
- Drinks: coffee or espresso, still and sparkling water
Wine and other drinks are charged separately.
It would also be helpful to know one week in advance how many portions of quiche with spinach, with tuna, and with meat we should prepare.
