Menu selection to be arranged with the bistro manager for groups of more than 10 people.
As we are not a restaurant but a smaller bistro, we usually do not offer à la carte service for group reservations of more than 10 people.
We kindly ask you to choose one of the menu options below one week in advance:
Menu 1 – CHF 35 per person
- Quiche with spinach, ricotta, tomatoes, and Parmesan (served on a bed of salad)
- Bread
- Beverages: coffee, espresso, still and sparkling water

- Barley soup
- Capuns Val Lumnezia with a small salad
- Bread
- Beverages: coffee, espresso, still and sparkling water

- Tomato soup
- Brasato with potato gratin and a small salad
- Bread
- Beverages: coffee, espresso, still and sparkling water
Wine and other beverages will be charged separately.
It would also be helpful to know one week in advance how many portions of quiche with spinach, with tuna, and with meat we should prepare.
